Session Fees

• Standard Therapy Session: £120 (50 minutes)

• Specialist Misophonia Treatment: £130 (60 minutes)

  • These sessions are slightly longer to accommodate specific sound-based therapeutic work.

Session Format & Locations Sessions are flexibly tailored to your needs and can be held either:

• Online: Via a secure and confidential video platform.

• In-Person: At my comfortable and private consulting rooms in either Dorchester-on-Thames or Wallingford.

Payment & Insurance Payment is requested on the day of your session via bank transfer.

I am a registered provider with several major insurance companies, including Aviva, AXA,  and WPA. Please contact your insurer before starting therapy to confirm the details of your coverage and to obtain an authorisation code.

Appointments can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly, or monthly

£100 for 60 minute sessions

(group supervision can be offered by arrangement)
